ASANA CASE STUDY
Asana is an online project management tool. While the desktop version is straight-forward and easy to use, the mobile app version still has many issues. The disorganization and lack of some important features disrupt the communication between team members and the workflow. This case study aims to solve some of the problems the app has in terms of design and user experience, and suggests some new features that could be added to boost productivity and improve the learning curve for new users. 
Please note that this case study was carried out in June 2017. Asana has released many updates since then—the app and some of the features might not look or function the same as shown in the pictures of the case study.
